I travel a lot, and honestly, very few experiences have impressed me as much as Punta Cana Adventures.Gianni and his team run things like true professionals — perfect organization, positive energy, and genuine hospitality. You can tell this is a business built on passion and discipline, not just tourism.The Four Wheeler tour was 🔥 from start to finish. Even though the weather was terrible, I enjoyed the resort, the workers were friendly and the room was comfortable. The only concern; I did not get my room cleaned everyday and it was an issue with getting the bar in our room replenished. I reported it to Jean-Claude immediately and he took care of it. Jean-Claude made sure we were informed everyday of the resorts events. Nice touch to have a buttler.
The tour was great. Lunch was delicious and was served promptly. There were some technical difficulties with the boat but these were handled promptly. I appreciated the clear and prompt communication from the tour company. The continuous seeking of tips was a bit tedious.
I booked an excursion and then sent an email right afterwards saying I did not want the excursion as it appeared to be twice the price. They are charging me 20% surcharge even though the webpage said free cancellation! Since the original mishap the company worked with me to reschedule an excursion. Be careful when clicking on links. Apparently the link I thought I clicked on took me to a different excursion.
