Review Time
I bought 2 custom Pupjoy boxes for my boy Finnicks 2nd birthday. I customized his for 2 soft bags of treats, 1 plush toy, 1 fetch toy and 1 tug toy. I also ordered my Febie girl a custom box with 2 bags of soft treats, and 3 plush toys. I ordered these early just to see if they were any good compared to Barkbox which we have ordered for many many yrs but due to the way they are running things now we don’t order from them. So the problem is Finnicks box had only 1 bag of treats, one plush toy, and one tug toy which was so junky it looked like it came from the dollar store. The box was missing a fetch toy and a bag of treats I paid for! I’m beyond aggravated! I sent the receipt, and an email and a pic of the box to their online support and I called the number and left a message. Must not be a big company because that’s been hrs ago and no response. Not likely I’ll buy from them again. I don’t think I recommend. If they make things right for the trouble and give me the items that were missing then I may feel differently. I say build ur own box at homegoods!
Not a great experience. The first two months were decent but since then we’ve received the same toy 4 times. I reached out via email to customer service and never received a response. I decided to cancel but the site makes this very difficult, I’m hoping that removing my payment info and sending an email will work to cancel. Why isn’t there a cancel button???? They make it sound easy and then you have to jump thru way too many hoops.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will NEVER order from this company again! I received no confirmation of shipment with tracking number in "1-2 days after ordering" as promised (it has been 14 days since my order was placed and paid for). I sent several emails with zero response, left messages on Instagram, and tried to find a customer service phone number online but no phone number for this company is anywhere to be found. It's been over a week trying to get ahold of someone. Finally yesterday I received half a shipment after threatening to post negative feedback on social media, but only HALF of the order was in the package. And these toys are not exactly cheaply priced. Where is the other half of my order and why won't you people respond to your customer requests after you have our money?????? I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau!
I was missing the freeze dried treats from my order. I tried the online chat, I submitted an online form, and I tried calling the customer service number and I haven’t been able to reach anyone and no one has reached me. A little bit of good customer service goes a long way and I certainly didn’t receive it with this company. The toys were also pretty poor quality.
Great subscription box plans for all dogs! My Duke loves his box. I don't do it monthly, but when I have ordered, it has been such a joy to receive for both Duke and I. I recommend. Products are adequate, treats are tasty (or at least Duke seems to love them), and it's conveniently sent to your doorstep.
