The puppy I picked does not look like the puppy I received The poor thing came to me smelling like they bathed her urine. Was told she couldn't come until 2.5lbs took her to the vet she was 2.1lbs. She also has an umbilical hernia. I am keeping her because even though I didn't pick her she is adorable and needs love. I will not be using puppy spot again.

PS vet thinks the puppy pic are AI all except the video the video does look like the puppy I received .

This website is featuring puppies that are genetically mutated and have been proven to be unhealthy.

This website is featuring puppies that are genetically mutated and have been proven to be unhealthy. Some are described as purebreds, but they are not. If breeders are knowledgeable, they would never ship a puppy at the young ages advertised due to psychological damage. Buy from a local breeder you can see in person.

Update on My Previous Reviews: Avoid This Service

I am providing an update to my earlier reviews: Avoid this service and the breeder associated with my puppies. The experience of purchasing two puppies has been one of the most challenging and stressful of my life. I bought two puppies that were marketed as Toy Poodles, but it became clear upon arrival that neither dog fit that description. My suspicions, shared by my veterinarian and groomer, were confirmed through DNA testing, revealing that one dog has two breeds and the other has five. They are brothers, but one is a Toy and Miniature Poodle, while the other is a mix including Chihuahua and Bichon Frise, and is larger than expected. Both puppies were unwell and appeared traumatized, leading me to contemplate returning them. A trainer even suggested euthanasia, which I could not consider. I feared returning them would lead to further health issues or worse outcomes. It was evident that neither puppy had undergone a proper health evaluation as claimed. Despite receiving some documentation, it was clear that a veterinarian had not conducted an actual in-person check, as their health issues should have been evident. Moreover, neither puppy was vaccinated or microchipped as promised. The poor health of the puppies resulted in significant lost work time due to vet visits, and items I purchased based on their supposed breed were incorrect and non-returnable. The service has refused to refund me over $7,500 for veterinary bills and other expenses, only offering partial refunds. They initially stated they would cover certain costs but have since gone back on their word. I have provided them with detailed documentation of all expenses and tests. I suspect that this service may post misleading reviews to maintain their high ratings, as they do not reflect experiences shared on other platforms.

Bringing home my puppy was the best decision.

I brought home my puppy from a reputable service, and it turned out to be the best choice. My puppy is wonderful, and the support team provided fantastic assistance and quick responses. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Update on Vet Expenses

In an additional review, the service did reimburse my initial vet appointment. Thank you for that. However, my little buddy is still struggling with his intestinal issues, and we've incurred more vet fees. He’s currently on three medications to address this problem. I really hope the service continues to support us through this situation. I wish they had provided these medications during his release vet checkup.

Truly a terrific positive experience.

Puppy spot made the experience of getting our new puppy so positive. From the first phone call inquiring about our decision and choice of a puppy to having him arrive to our doorstep was amazing.Every person I spoke to was attentive and they answered all questions I had.

My little babies

I've adopted 3 puppies from Puppy Spot and each and everyone of the adoptions have gone smoothly from giving updated information on the puppy to when, where, and time of pick up for the puppy. The staff was very helpful when I've called with questions that I had. I would recommend Puppy Spot to anyone looking for a puppy to love.I renamed 2 of my babies - Damaris is now Cozi, Joey is now Teddy, and my other little one's name is still Coco , but now spelled Koko.
