Since incorporating Skin & Gut Maintain into my routine, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall skin health. My complexion feels more balanced, with reduced inflammation and fewer breakouts. Despite being sceptical, I decided to try Purau as a last resort before going on Acutane. I have battled acne for years, and have tried so many things to help it- antibiotics, prescription topical creams, a consistent skincare routine, facials including LED and Peels, which have all helped but not cleared it completely. After completing one round of the advanced acne program, I noticed that my acne improved slightly, with a decrease in inflammation and redness, but my skin was not fully clear. Hesitant that I would not get results from the program, I underwent another round of the advanced acne program, which cleared up most of my acne. I have now just been taking the skin and gut maintain for the last few months, which seems to be keeping my skin relatively clear. Although I still get small breakouts, my skin is much clearer than before I started taking Purau.
This program was great for my skin! After completing the intermediate acne program, I am now on the skin and gut maintain and my skin is clearer than it has been in a year! SUCH an improvement. I am still pinching myself waking up to no acne everyday 🥲❤️🙏🏽
I did two 90 day cleanses using products from Purau, now I’m onto the gut maintain. Has definitely helped my skin and general gut health. Just keep in mind that things like diet, habits (picking etc) and emotional regulation (stress etc) play a big role in restoration and recovery too. That said, these products will undoubtedly work for you.
Amazing products and customer serviceHave tried the stress and sleep tonics for several months and have noticed a huge difference in my sleep patterns and overall stress coping. When I forget to take the sleep tonic I feel more groggy the next day, drops into a mug with hot water and it is the most fragrant and beautiful Calming tea.

Great products! I have struggled with acne my whole life. Often resorting to restrictive diets and many creams, potions, supplements, you name it, I have tried it. This is the only product that I have had undeniably good results with. I started with the advance program, really wish I had taken before photos! My skin is now clear and smooth. I wish I had this in my 20s! I now take the skin and gut maintain as I think I have an inherently weak gut linning and this works.
After having 2 babies I found myself with bad hormonal acne. I used the 30 day acne program and have seen some improvement but not completely clear. I have a clean diet and drink plenty of water. I’m going to try the 90 day program and see if I can get the acne sorted. I can definitely see a difference, just not conpletely cured. Another great side effect has been more regular bowel movements.
Couldn’t recommend this product enough! I finished the acne program and continued to use the gut maintain before doing a second cycle of the program as my skin is very stubborn but already I can see the last few bits clearing away. So thankful I found this product and I hope this review helps someone else weighing it up to try it as it’s beyond worth it!
