I have recommended PuraU to so many people, and will continue to do so. After many years on the pill, my skin gave me a lot of grief. By age 48, I had tried pretty much everything, and spent a small fortune. Nothing worked. I tried PuraU and my skin finally cleared up. When I ran out of "Skin & Gut Maintain" the spots slowly came back. So I did the programme again and made sure not to run out of "Skin & Gut Maintain". It's really good, and all you need to do is take it once each day. Also, it's a capsule so easy to swallow.
Words can’t express how much I would vouch for this product. I was on the pill for 15 years and when I came off my skin went WILD. I started Purau at the age of 38 on the advanced acne programme after years of acne struggles. The programme helped clear the majority of the acne, but once the gut and skin maintain tablets finished I found some spots came back. I now take the gut and skin maintain as part of my regular vitamin intake and it keeps the spots away. Would recommend!

By September 2024 I had been experiencing pretty bad acne for the first time in my life. I gave Pura U a chance and took the Intermediate program. After that, I've been taking the Skin & Gut Maintain for several months. My skin is looking much better overall. I do still get one breakout or two when I'm about to have my period but nothing compared to how it used to be. Also, when I forget to take my Maintain I have some breakouts so I have to remember to still be very constant. It definitely helped me so I'd recommend it!
I did a course of the tablets and then gut maintain. It's one of those things where I definitely noticed a difference but wasn't sure it was that big. Then I ran out of my gut maintain and definitely noticed a difference so reorder I did! And then when I eat well (I have a tendency to eat my feelings 😂) the difference is immense!
I started the 40 day detox program after suffering with deep cystic acne and once I completed my skin has completely cleared and haven’t broken out since. I have also been using the skin and gut maintain everyday and I think that’s what’s helped keep it clear. I can’t recommend this brand enough. I tried many prescription creams from a dermatologist which didn’t work. This company is truly amazing.
