After experiencing adult acne for the first time in my life once turning 20. I tried everything to get rid of it for 8 months until I came across PuraU. I made a purchase with Purau in December of 2025. I returned the product ASAP in original packaging never opened. It is now February 2026, I have contacted Purau on multiple occasions to chase up a refund of this product with no significant response as to when or if I will be receiving a refund anytime soon.
4 weeks into the advanced program taking 9 pills a day and the only difference I’ve noticed is that my acne has gone from not so bad to bad!! This is a complete scam has not improved my acne one bit I only had mild acne on my back and just wanted it gone before summer so I thought I’d give this a go but it’s done nothing but make my acne worse don’t waste your time and money on this only positive is I got it for $200 because of Black Friday sales feel bad for the people who paid $400 for this rubbish!!
My daughter has suffered from cystic acne for years and has been put on antibiotics to clear her face, which did work, but when she came off them, the acne started popping back up, which was very upsetting for her.
