I trust this brand and had good results from the products!I used the skin and gut advanced program- my acne improved and I continued taking the maintain supplement and I think it keeps my skin clearer. I have just started the advanced program for the second time about 8 months after finishing as I wanted my skin clearer. It’s really helped my bloating though I noticed that came back during the 8 months just using the maintain supplement but ultimately will keep using these products.
