WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WITH THOSE WHO HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN AND OR ECZEMA. Here I was thinking givien the GOOD reviews THIS could be it. At first, thought perhaps it was working as I did experience SOME minimal differences.. for the first week! but it was hard to tell given my eczema started flaring. I thought perhaps it was just something I'd eaten that week (even though I am on a clean diet specifically FOR my skin issues) and wanted to give the program more of a chance. I have been taking 9 capsules a day religiously as instructed- and have almost finished all bottles and course of programe. My eczema on my face has never been worse. I am having constant flare ups and reactions to whatever ingredients the capsules contain. I have to take antihistamines every time i take the capsules it appears.. Even worse, my Pimples have NOT improved either ! and apon doing further research about the ingredients listed- it has shown that infact in some cases this product CAUSES eczema flare ups. Extremely disappointed and feeling defeated. YOU'D THINK THERE WOULD BE A WARNING TO THOSE WITH OTHER SKIN ISSUES. NOT HAPPY. WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
I’ve been using skin and gut maintain for over a year now. I have been extremely pleased with my results. I definitely notice a difference with my skin if I let my supply run out. I found that taking two capsules is beneficial for my skin when I’m going through a stressful week.
Stop searching for skin solutions & purchase the acne program & maintenance. It actually WORKS. Acutane & all other skin treatments are no where near as effective & safe, than PuraU’s gut/skin program. Obviously a good diet is important, but if you really want to fix your shit skin then give it a go. Don’t blame your shitty diet and lack of exercise/sun on bad results. You should get results regardless of your health choices however best results come with a healthier lifestyle as well.

I have been using the skin and gut maintain after doing the 3 month acne program. I have struggled with severe acne my whole life, have gone on multiple medications/creams you name it I’ve done it but this is the first time I can actually tell the difference. Although my acne isn’t completely gone (I don’t think it ever will be) it is much less angry and aggressive! My redness has reduced significantly and overall my gut health is much better

Edited - 8/10/2025After seeing my review, the founder of PuraU reached out to me personally and offered advice on my skin issues (likely an underlying issue) along with a full refund.Although the product didn't work for me, the customer service has been excellent so should give you the confidence to give PuraU a try as it may work for you. The founders are clearly very passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers, so overall this has not been a negative experience.---------------------------------------------------------Unfortunately PuraU hasn't worked for me. I purchased the Advanced Acne Programme as recommended by the quiz as I have been struggling with acne for some time, particularly around my chin, neck and chest areas. Everything arrived promptly in lovely packaging with great communication and customer service.I really wanted this to work and loved the idea of a natural cure so followed all the instructions for the 60-day course. However I have found myself with several (usual) flare-ups throughout the course (after the initial purge) and have had to resort back to topical clindamycin amongst other things as my skin was really getting me down. I am currently taking the gut maintain but I don't think this will make a difference after 60 days of no results with the main programme.I really wanted this to work and had been wary of spending so much on a natural 'cure' but have tried so many things I was willing to give it a go. As a student this was a lot of money for me (despite purchasing at a discount) and although wary of the promises of a miracle cure, had hoped for the best.I'm happy this may have worked for so many people, but sadly not for me. Give it a go if you can afford to but be realistic that it might not work for you and you may be back at square one. Anyone struggling with acne knows how it can affect your self confidence so just be aware it might get worse before it gets better (if at all).Unfortunately for me I am $240 down and still having to purchase expensive topical products to try to clear my acne, and feeling a bit naive that I thought it would really work.
