Can't comment regarding others reviews as I had wonderful experience I ordered products and was kept up to date until they arrived and what a lovely surprise everything was packed into the most cutest yellow gift box with starface logo and inside my items were packed in beautiful yellow tissue with little faces on it it was so nice I've decided to keep them in the gift box they arrived in as its for gift no need to wrap something so cute
Amazing in every way. I ordered late Friday afternoon and they arrived Saturday lunchtime - that’s under 24hrs despite it being the weekend - and it was free delivery - incredible! I bought the super-cute pink bundle and two lip balms, all of which are glorious. I’m in love. I’ve been using Starface patches for a while now because they’re so reliably effective - fwiw I’m 56 and get odd zits post menopause and these fab stars help me deal with the little blighters directly so I can avoid using harsh products on my skin. I so wish we’d had these when I was a teenager but I’m so glad to have them now! Starface are totally cruelty free, work like magic and have the cutest, most adorable dispenser *ever*. The new lip balms are superb too. I had to try them because they’re so beautiful and they’re even more ergonomically satisfying irl but I’m blown away by the quality too, they’re beyond a regular balm, my lips feel comforted, comfortable and look significantly hydrated and healthy. 100% delighted and fully recommend. Horrible horrible customer service. I tried to contact them for months to cancel my subscription. My online account told me my subscription was canceled but I continued to receive orders for 4 months, costing me almost $300. Was sent in circles when I finally got ahold of someone and they refused to refund me even for the very last order that was automatically made that day, it hadn't even shipped yet. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Customer service is trash. A family member stole my information. They would not cancel the order and refund my money. Then had the audacity to email greeting me by the family member name instead of my name, which I shared when contacting them.
Customer Service is shocking. They’re not interested in helping to resolve issues and just come back with generic messages. The customer contact email address on the confirmation was wrong. All in all this meant my issue couldn’t get resolved before my order was dispatched.
If I could I would leave less than 1 star.Very poor communications, I placed an order for some Christmas presents all the items were in stock when I placed the order. Delivery time was 2-3 days. After over a week with no update on my order I chased the order up. Not sure where they are based but you don't get a reply until 3am GMT the following day. The excuse was sorry for the delay we are now out of stock of some of your items, we will refund them which will take 10 days, we will release the rest of your order. How can they take orders for something they don't have stock of. Some of the items ordered are now pointless without the rest of out of stock items. They are also telling me they can't refund the whole order and I can't return anything for a refund. They like taking peoples money but are slow to return money and unwilling to process a return. The customer emails are the only way to contact them and to be honest I think I would get a better interaction with chatgpt.
