I’m so excited about my kitties. It was a long wait but the day finally came this week. It was easy to search for the kittens I wanted and I found a face I couldn’t live without. Then I needed to get his sister too. Sweet sweet sweet!!!
So this is my second purchase with purebred kitties for a Maine coon cat and they are still consistently amazing! My hubby and I had the option to have our new fur baby delivered which was so convenient for us. I loved that we received weekly videos of our kitten up until it was time for him to come home. Everyone there is wonderful and if you have any questions or concerns they respond quickly. Even if it’s on the weekend. I felt we were informed the entire time and there wasn’t any miscommunication at all. I still highly recommend them for your future fur baby.
I adopted a Dev Rex kitten from P͟u͟r͟e͟b͟r͟e͟d͟K͟i͟t͟t͟i͟e͟s͟ a little over a year ago and was considering adopting another as a playmate for 𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙖. I didn't know if the new kitten should be male or female, nor how to introduce the 𝙂𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙖 and the new arrival. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 addressed all my concerns and provided a lot of useful information regarding the introduction process. She also guided me through completing the reservation and paying the deposit for 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣 (I don't usually need help with these things, but the website would not allow me to pay just the deposit).Very satisfied and anxious to meet 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣!
The day I bought my cat through this website people from this company called me and went over everything with me. However since that first time all their communication was nonexistent. I would text the numbers that previously messaged me saying to message them on that number with any questions. so I would and they wouldn't respond. I would call, no answer, left a message never heard back. I would email and the emails they provided would never send and always said failure unable to send. Then I would call the company directly and once they said "oh well she got all her vaccines and is getting spayed tomorrow and will be shipped in 2 weeks" I never knew any of this!! I called a few times prior to that last ones and they wouldn't have any information and would just said "we'll contact them, we're very busy" This was such a frustrating experience. Not having any communication, or information about the kitten I bought was insane. So much of it seemed like a scam! They also wouldn't tell me where she was coming from and once I got her, all her paperwork was in a different language and she only received 2 FVRCP vaccines at 3 months old, when the requirement is 4. I would know I'm a vet assistant! When I reached out about this they said " no she's current and up to date with them and that's all she required". Also when I got her she was so SKINNY! like insanely skinny. I have another cat and she was never skinny like that as a kitten. It almost seems like she was neglected or starved. This whole experience was so frustrating and not okay!! the only good thing that came out go this was my kitten! the Nanny's that delivered my kitten were amazing they were the only ones who communicated and messaged me back. Also the only time I got communication from the company was when they needed payment.
