I received the wrong item. I had ordered a brown and black shirt, but instead got a tan and grey one. I felt very let down when I opened the package. I reached out via email regarding the error, but received no response. It feels like a waste of money! Extremely frustrating and disappointing. The customer service is the worst!
I ordered a shirt in my usual size, and it arrived about 10 days later. However, it was way too small when I tried it on. With the tags still on and the original packaging intact, I requested an exchange for a larger size. After several emails asking for pictures of the shirt and packaging, I was told no, as it was a promotional item, so an exchange was not possible. I didn’t want a refund; I was willing to pay the promotional difference but was denied. Now I have a nice shirt that I can’t wear. Their sizing is completely misleading, and they just keep your money. STEER CLEAR!
As much as I appreciate the quality of the sweats, I will no longer support this company. I purchased a gift for my niece for Christmas, but it was slightly too small, so I tried to exchange it for a larger size. They kept my money without providing a valid reason, and I will not be doing business with them again. Major red flag! Do not spend your money here; if there’s an issue, you’re out of luck!
I placed an order on October 14 and paid for expedited shipping. Eight days later, they still couldn't provide tracking, despite my repeated requests due to my mailroom's security issues. They responded twice, saying they would inform me when the package arrived but couldn’t provide tracking or a refund. I am now forced to initiate a stop payment. DO NOT ORDER HERE; THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
After waiting nearly two weeks, my order was suddenly canceled due to 'insufficient stock.' It's unbelievable, especially since the items are still listed as available on their website. Additionally, the website often malfunctions; I sometimes couldn't even log into my account. The support team had previously assured me that the item had shipped, which was not true. Overall, a very disappointing experience with extremely poor customer service. I cannot recommend ordering here.

My wife accidentally purchased the wrong size shorts for me, so we emailed customer service for a correction. A week has passed, and I still haven’t received a response. They just sent me the wrong size anyway. I've contacted other businesses and always received prompt replies, but not from this company. I won't be purchasing from them again.
