My 5 year old German Shepherd is on his second batch of 5 bags, so he’s been taking 2 scoops with 2 raw eggs, twice a day (it’s the only way he’ll eat the powder). The biggest positive is that the fatty lumps he had disappeared pretty quickly. The ongoing challenge remains excessive paw licking and some scratching- I don’t know what else to do, but we’re not going back to Apoqel or Cytopoint.
While my dog still struggles with scratching and licking his paws, I've noticed his stool has improved significantly. No more undigested food in it. I'm hopeful this will eventually help with his allergies. He’s a 28 LB Boston Terrier, and he’s been on two scoops daily for just over two weeks.

I’m now on the third bag of this product, and I still see no improvement with my dog’s scratching and itching. When I reached out for help, I was advised to increase the dosage, but that hasn't changed anything. The only positive is that my dog enjoys it in her food. Based on other reviews, I doubt I’ll see a refund, and the cost is quite high.

The service offers a refund policy allowing returns for opened and unopened bags, but they haven't honored it. I was told to return only the unopened bags for a partial refund, and when I followed up, I received a much smaller amount than expected. Each time I reference their policy, they respond without acknowledging it. This feels like a scam, and I would advise against purchasing from them.
