After paying several hundred pounds for electronic earbuds I expected a modicum of customer service, instead every one of my numerous emails asking for information concerning my order were ignored for weeks. Only when I sent a final email cancelling my order did someone nothing to contact me. Truly disappointing!
Have a set of DX1, but forgot to service them under the 2 year warranty. after 2 years they went faulty, asked for help,, sent them back and found due to not getting them serviced. they weren't covered for water damage.Paid for repair. Have since taken apart as faulty again and found that the reason they don't work is that a wire has come off inside.Lesson learnt please get your Cens serviced to avoid any water damage

I bought ProtectHear custom moulded earplugs earlier this year. The earplugs themselves seem to work fine for noise reduction. However, the way they attach to the retention cord is flimsy and prone to detachment. This caused me to lose one of the silicone inserts, which are expensive to replace. The weak attachment point seems like a design flaw. I contacted customer service about it, but they were dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge any issues. This lack of helpfulness from the company is disappointing.Overall, I would hesitate to recommend ProtectHear. The faulty attachment system that led to lost equipment is a major drawback. And the poor customer service response suggests the company is not receptive to feedback to improve. For custom fitted hearing protection, I would look to other brands that have more secure earplug retention and better support when problems arise.
