First day of use, I notice improvement with sleep. The following days I was waking up with normal Blood Pressure readings. It's only my 8th day of using it. I want to know how long can I use daily before taking a break and when to start the cycle again.

Excellent Results

We had to wait several days for our order to arrive, but it was well worth the wait!We are extremely pleased with the results of using the pads for three days on, waiting three days and then using a second time for three days.
