You make me feel guilty by saying no thanks. The only reason for saying no is because I'm a very low income senior citizen woman. I would if I could. So I don't. I've done the best that I can since my daughter bought one of these knives and showed me by using it, showing me how well it cuts. So I'm ordering one knife. Thank you.

I ordered one months supply to try, after 2 weeks I get billed again. I wrote 3 emails to them and they were all blocked. I tried to cancel the second order with the bank and they couldn't do it and said I needed to contact Mastercard, but they couldn't/wouldn't help either so I had to cancel that account otherwise they would bill me every month regardless.
I didn't get any positive results with the patches and couldn't contact the company. I would not recommend them to anybody.

I ordered a one time subscription for the Berberine Patches and subsequently they keep sending me orders that I don't request. The amount of times I have sent a mail requesting them to cancel it has really made me very annoyed. Email address not recognised or just no reply.

This type of customer service is not acceptable.

I placed an order on Purisaki.com (Order No: CON-20260222-1155) and only afterwards realized that a monthly subscription had been activated. This was not my clear intention when ordering.
I immediately contacted the company requesting:
Cancellation of the order before shipment
Immediate termination of the subscription
No further recurring charges
A full refund of any amount already charged
Under EU consumer protection rules and the right of withdrawal for distance purchases, I formally requested cancellation without delay. So far, I am still waiting for clear confirmation.
Potential customers should pay very close attention during checkout, as recurring subscriptions may be added in a way that is not sufficiently transparent.
I expect a prompt cancellation confirmation and refund.

Update – Issue Still NOT Resolved
Thank you for your reply, but I have already provided my order number (CON-20260222-1155) and formally requested immediate cancellation of both the order and the subscription.
Despite this, I still have not received any clear confirmation that:
the order has been cancelled before shipment,
the subscription has been terminated, or
a refund has been processed.
Instead, I continue receiving promotional or automated messages rather than an actual solution. This situation raises serious concerns about transparency and customer handling.
Until I receive written confirmation of cancellation and refund, I consider this issue unresolved and advise other customers to be extremely cautious when ordering.
I expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.

Tried to cancel duplicated orders about 5 min after ordering when I noticed multiple transactions from purisaki.com showing on my online banking. Notified their email customer support contact, which they promptly emailed back. There were multiple email exchanges of them trying to offer a discount of the duplicated orders and then proceeded to confuse the simple request of them to cancel the orders and refund the transaction. A couple of hours after ordering and the initial email exchanges, their customer support email hasn't responded back after multiple follow ups several days after. Do not trust this company.
