I can’t give five-star rating until I see how the product performs. The four-star shopping experience is because of the additional ads kept popping up. It would be better if you offered these additional benefits transparently at the start.
Easy to use. So sharp…cuts with so little effort. I have a very expensive set of knives and they have never worked this well. I have a bad shoulder and I am unable to apply very much pressure. These knives are great!! This is my second purchase.
I recently checked my bank account and noticed a PayPal charge that I consider fraudulent for an order I never made. I expect the company to clarify how this occurred without my consent. I plan to contact my bank to investigate the transaction and seek a refund. Can I trust the company...?
Exercise caution when using your credit card for orders. I placed an order for 2 sets in December 2025, which were just delivered today, January 17, 2026. Since they have my card information, they issued a new invoice and charged my card again. I now need to contact my bank to report potential fraud. It's better to be safe than sorry with such questionable practices. They operate from Lithuania, which raises further concerns.
It's quite frustrating to have to browse through several pages to order desired items. It would be much better to display all items on a single page, allowing for easy ordering and a clear view of the total cost. Additionally, the absence of a final bill is puzzling.
