Review Time
I wanted Purivon to work so badly but unfortunately my seatbelt injuries as a front seat passenger in a car that did a fierce emergency stop made it impossible. Throughout the team were so helpful and I really tried. In the end I had to return the machine and Purivon honoured the full refund. I wish it had worked for me but I think they are a very sound and helpful company.
I would give this ZERO stars if I could.I placed an order on 8th sept 25 for a relative as they are not comfortable ordering things online, so I did it on behalf of them. I received updates like a tracking number which would not track so was patient enough to wait only to be told it's in process, with no further details. I also regular advertising coming through to my email about the product but no update on the purchase and as I had waited long enough with a relative asking me what was going every few days I decided to email Purivon support for an update on 10th oct 25, as I was not getting anywhere with the purchase and updates for delivery. Same day I received an email saying it had been sent back to the depot and there was no attempted delivery but still sent back. They said they'll send it through again for delivery, I on 12th oct sent them an email asking how long it will take, I was informed it will be as soon as possible and are in the process getting it ready for dispatch and I would once again receive a tracking number. I once again waited.28th oct I sent another email asking them how long as I have had no communication or tracking number. I received an email from Purivon support saying they will request the shipping department for further review.On 16th November 25, I sent another email on an update or a full refund.on 19th November I received a reply saying the package has been returned and can resend the order however it will take 2 weeks to process reshipment. If immediate shipping was required with an additional charge. If decided if we wanted a refund as per there policy partial refund will be refunded (refund amount would be 10% of the purchase price along with $15 USD compensation.How is this even fair on genuine customers. This problem is not resolved still on going unfortunately.
Product does not perform as promised. If you ask to return the item they will require you to send it to an international address. International shipping is very expensive. Buyer beware.AI Google does not recommend this product or company due to the large amount of complaints across all review sites. Positive reviews are suspect. Make your own decision. After time, pushing the company, and the involvement of my CC company, they refunded my money in exchange for an amended review. My search for a solution will continue on.
My Purivon never arrived and I have messaged them numerous times telling them. I received a message saying that my item had been delivered but I have not received it and that was a few weeks ago. As a 76 year old pensioner I had to go without to purchase this and not receiving it and not even getting an email back from them has devastated me. I would never purchase from them again. I am absolutely shocked at how I have been treated!
I purchased the PelviTone and am very pleased with it, however, I then sent for the EMS pelvic floor massager,what a waste, the electric impulse is so fierce that I just couldn’t keep it on my stomach I tried all the different modes and all the different strengths to no avail. However the quick response of customer service to my complaint has been outstanding.
Ten years ago I had a partial hysterectomy. The next day …I had to also start using adult pads in case I had an accident. This went on for ten long years. I tried everything. I bought many different products that claimed they could cure my problem. Nothing worked until I found the ad for Purivon…. I used your product for only three weeks and I saw a huge improvement!!! This has given me back my dignity ..freedom…and I feel way better about myself! Thank you and I pray this finds and helps someone like it did for me!! Btw stick with the program…I PROMISE IT WORKS!!!!!
