Review Time
I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I recently had a prolapse and was eager for this product to work. I ordered it on October 19 and received an email saying it was on the way, but I haven't had any updates since, and tracking shows it's still in the same spot after eight days. After reading these reviews, I doubt it will arrive, but I hope it does. I've emailed the company for an update, and if it arrives, I will edit my review. Update: My order arrived over a week later, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet due to being unwell. The company is trying to have this review removed, which is strange, so I won't be adding any stars. I will update again once I start using it.
Exasperated by menopausal issues I have searched for a non medication way to improve daily life and uncertainty when travelling long distances.Initially discovering the Pelvitone, I was slightly sceptical, but I ordered direct from the manufacturer to ensure authenticity. It arrived quickly, well packaged and in a protective case. the device appears of good construction and is easy to use. Customer support is available readily and although it didn't arrive with promised manuals I was able to download these. Really use is self explanatory as it's just a case of gradually moving through levels as body adjusts.I have now been using it for a month and currently on Level 3, my body seems to be responding well and I am finding the short sessions of muscle engagement are enabling me to be more relaxed when performing daily tasks and there is definitely a greater time lapse between toilet calls and urgency has almost disappeared. When in use, there are audible sounds to the stimulation of the device, but this gives you the signal and timing, your body needs to react to. The heating program following a level is also quite therapeutic.I did order the back posture support cushion at same time which is comfortable and well constructed and can also double up as extra posture support when seated for other activities.Having filled in a customer survey on their website indicating approval of the PelviTone device product I mentioned that I was rather surprised and disappointed with their panties which I ordered after receiving my PelviTone , these did not appear to afford me the expected level of protection confidence when accidently sneezing. Customer services picked up this comment up, responding in a very caring manner and offered me a full refund for that order. There was a slight time delay in this being issued, but I am grateful for their fair response.Although early days, I can only speak as I find, but I sincerely hope the PelviTone journey continues to further improve my well being.

Thank you.**************************************** I was very disappointed with this company; the product was unsuitable, and I wanted to return it, but they mentioned international return shipping costs. I feel the company misrepresents its return policy, which doesn't mention any fees. Buyer beware.
Had some issues with receiving my order which was frustrating. I received an email from the founder of the company who immediately started looking into what had happened. The follow-up was more then I could have expected, including an email on a Sunday. I believe this is someone who really cares about women's health and customer satisfaction.
I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience I’ve had with – PurivonI purchased a device from them which unfortunately stopped working not long after purchase. I contacted the company to raise a complaint, but received no initial response. When they eventually did reply, they kept asking a series of repetitive questions and then insisted I take a video of the issue — a frankly ridiculous and impractical request, clearly meant to stall the process.The customer service has been absolutely hopeless throughout. It’s become clear to me that this is just a money-making product with little support behind it, and it's very overpriced for what it offers. As a practice nurse, I would never recommend this device to colleagues or patients.I believe potential customers should be made aware of this experience, and I would appreciate if this complaint could be made visible on their Trustpilot profile.

Although the customer service was slow, I have now received my refund.I've been emailing them for days to arrange a return, they have not responded at all. This company is not registered on Companies House, the trade reference quoted on the website is for a different company at the same address. I just want to return the item, by law I can do this as I've let them know within 14 days, but absolutely no response.
