Review Time
When I received my sandals, I was disappointed to find out that they were a bit too big. I’ve always worn Birkenstocks, so was pleasantly surprised when I received my Qomfort sandals. I found
that they were very good quality for a significantly lower price than sandals that I had previously purchased.
The customer service was excellent! The staff were very helpful with my questions, and always replied in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Qomfort, even though it is in Australia (and I’m Canadian)! Their “give back to the community” exchange policy is excellent!!

It took a while for my sandals to arrive. The quality is fine but they don't fit. I contacted Qomfort twice by email and once by their online form to organise a return. I have not had any contact from them in nearly a month. The website says they have a 60-day return policy. Don't buy from this company if you think you might need to return an item - which is often the case with shoes. I am very disappointed as my experience does not match with the online reviews.
The shoes are good. Comfortable and kind of look like the real deal.
However, there is a long shipping time, and lack of transparency with shipping tracking. ie the tracking avoids to the actual location, I think it does this to hide the fact that they are coming from China.
Very happy with my experience, the clogs are very comfortable and I was happily surprised at the quality of the clogs and the materials. Bought two pairs for me and my son. Price point spot-on. I got my son's size wrong and was able to use the donation return feature which was easy and a great way to pass on new footwear to someone who may benefit. Well done Qomfrt.
Qomfort is quick to respond and have given me time to comply with their requests (shoulder surgery delayed my responses). When my original order was too big, they had me donate them to a charity and are sending a different size free of charge. So impressive.
First of all the product is mind blowing good quality. And this is true to their customer service team too. If only all brands could have a bit more aussie cool and be as effective. Thanks so much.
