Family holiday cut short due to illness- no empathy from the claims handler - a lengthy and seemingly petty list of requirements for £134 claim- then no refund from them for my GP's fee to fill out their medical form that validated the entire claim in the first place. Felt less like a client and more like a number on a spread sheet and a number that needed telling off for some reason for having the audacity to make a claim.
Absolute joke from start to finish. Cancelled an Airbnb for cancel any reason and they have put up road blocks nonstop. Requesting flight details for an accommodation booking to prove the trip started from my residence? I live in the UK and the airbnb is in spain? I have provided flight and airport car parking and still they are ignoring and being difficult. This started on the 29th of September.
Overall a smooth process with clear instructions. Only negative was being asked to send the same information again as was missed on previous email chain. The ability to speak to medical professionals to determine if the treatment offered was actually needed, is very reassuring. All staff were very helpful.
