I made a claim for a travel…

I made a claim for a travel cancellation weeks ago and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I have sent all the required documents twice, in different formats, exactly as requested by Qover. Despite this, and despite following up by email, I have received no response at all regarding when my claim will be reviewed or finalised.The lack of communication is unacceptable and leaves you completely in the dark. Be aware of this company — it genuinely feels like they take forever to respond so they don’t have to pay out claims promptly.Very disappointing experience.

Very satisfied with their service

I found Qover good to deal with. The handler who dealt with my claim, Angela, was very helpful and well informed. The only thing preventing me giving 5/5 was the length of time to hear back from them. Although, it was much shorter than the 10 days their automated emails claimed it would be, I would have preferred it a little bit faster. However, I always prefer competent service over quick responses for the sake of it, and with Qover I certainly received good service.

I’m very happy with the experience

I had a medical emergency while traveling in Oman and needed an urgent GP consultation along with some lab tests. I submitted my claim through the Yonder app, and within just a couple of days, I received a request from Qover for supporting documents. The process was straightforward and incredibly quick. I’m very happy with the experience — highly recommend!

Very good customer experiance and fast approval

I have used the purchase insurance to repair a laptop which was bought with my revolut card. The communication was very smooth, claiming was a breeze by filling an online form as requested in steps. Will definitely keep on using this insurance company 100%

Very slow claims process plagued by…

Very slow claims process plagued by delay. Sent all documents, then wait nearly a week to be told to send another document, send it and wait another week to be told to send a document I already sent in a different file format - this isn’t even a particularly high value claim. So frustrating.Edit: Following this review, the claim was successfully paid out within two hours. Thanks!
