It's a scam

It's a scam. You generate a seemingly free QR code and after 9 days it stops working and they ask you for an annual fee for its use. They hijack the generated QR codes.

They acted in bad faith.

I generated the QR Code and placed it on the client's material. But there was no explicit information or warning that the validity is 9 days. The information is hidden and I will suffer a loss due to the material already printed. I think this is an act of ill will. If it is paid, then let me know before generating it. They did it in bad faith.
