Review Time
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. From the beginning, the communication was unprofessional. The representative I spoke with was rude and used excessive profanity during our call, which raised immediate concerns. Additionally, they completely missed the first and second scheduled meetings and were late to the third without taking any responsibility. I was also misinformed about how their process operates — what was initially described did not align with the later explanations. By the time we finally connected, my trust in the company was already lost, and the clarifications I received only exacerbated the situation. Overall, this experience felt chaotic, deceptive, and highly unprofessional. I chose not to proceed and would strongly recommend that others be cautious.
We contracted this service to manage paid advertising. After over three months, no ad campaigns were launched. Timelines were frequently adjusted, and execution was deferred while the focus shifted to workshops, strategy discussions, and 'offer optimization.' Although strategy is valuable, the primary service we paid for—ad launching and management—was never provided. When we raised concerns about the lack of execution, the narrative was consistently reframed as a 'partnership' where our progress relied on us doing more work, attending additional sessions, or altering our approach. Accountability for the delays was repeatedly placed on us, despite the fact that execution was the service we hired them to provide. Instead of accepting responsibility, communication became defensive and dismissive. Valid concerns were met with lectures and implications that we were at fault for wanting the ads to actually go live. This dynamic made it clear that the relationship prioritized their process over delivering results for the client. Based on our experience, this is not a service anyone should consider engaging with. The failure to deliver the core service, combined with shifting blame and unprofessional communication, indicates a lack of accountability that poses a significant risk. Anyone contemplating this service should proceed with caution and demand clear, enforceable timelines, specific delivery milestones, and written refund terms before committing.

I contacted the owner to discuss my experience following an interaction with one of the employees. Instead of addressing my concerns, he responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, suggesting my feedback was insincere or overly emotional. His reply included remarks like, 'Please reflect honestly on yourself. Success as an entrepreneur requires radical self-awareness. We built this organization on honor, integrity, and respect, which you clearly lack. P.S. Stop gossiping like a girl. Be honorable and remove that review as it’s a complete fabrication. A person of integrity wouldn’t gossip and ruin reputations. That’s disgraceful behavior.' I found this language inappropriate and unwarranted, especially since I approached the matter in good faith. There was no discussion about my product being accepted or declined, so the implication that I was upset about being 'turned down' is incorrect. I share this experience to inform others about how feedback and concerns might be handled. I value professionalism and respectful communication, which unfortunately was not evident in this exchange.
First of all, I found the language used to be unacceptable. (I received an email containing vulgar language). Now, let's review the facts. I was waiting for the representative at 12:25, and at 12:35 I received a message saying he would be 5 minutes late. After that time passed, I got another message asking for an additional 8 minutes. When that time elapsed, I informed him I was still waiting. Then, 20 minutes past our scheduled appointment, I got another message saying he was still behind and requested I wait longer. At 1:00 PM, a full 30 minutes after our appointment was meant to start, I ended the call and logged off to return to work. I expected him to reach out to reschedule. Instead, I received a message stating, 'We reserved time, prepared a strategy, gathered data, and even had case studies ready for your business. But… you didn’t show.' and 'This is your chance to make amends and keep your promise.' It felt as though I was being blamed for the situation. I anticipated an apology for wasting my time and a reschedule. It seems like there are issues within your organization that need addressing. Thanks for making it clear that I need to keep searching for a marketing company. Good luck.
I had a solid product but lacked a reliable system. The service provided me with a genuine marketing team: media buyers, video editors, funnel specialists, and even sales SOPs. It felt like integrating a well-oiled machine into my business.
