I used the 10 day free trial option, did not wish to use this company and cancelled my account. I then had my bank contact me on two separate occasions with fraudulent activity. The company had tried on two occasions within a weeks period to take £46.45 from my bank account. I emailed the company immediately following the first attempt and was given a reply to ‘confirm’ that my account has been checked and I have a ‘free trial account’ with them, which they have now cancelled at my request. A week later a further attempt of £45.45 was attempted from this company. I have had to cancel my bank cards as per advice from the bank.
I had an issue with billing that led me to being overcharged and when I addressed my concerns to customer service they replied back in less than 12 hours and offered me a really sweet deal. Great service, very user friendly and good support staff
