During the evaluation period, the spread was quite favorable, but once you get funded, it becomes excessively high. Currently, it's around a 5.0 spread, whereas it was only 0.1 before. It's frustrating to see hard-earned gains diminished, especially during promotional periods. I recommend considering a more reliable firm, as I have accounts with others where the spread is only a maximum of 0.3.
I was approved for a payout on Wednesday, November 5th, but I mistakenly entered the wrong wallet address. This was corrected on Friday, November 7th, and I was informed that it would take 24 hours for the funds to arrive. After waiting until Wednesday, November 12th, I reached out again to report that I hadn't received the funds. I was then told it had been escalated to the payout team, but there was no timeline provided. As of today, November 14th, I'm still without updates and my inquiries in the support community are being overlooked. My experience had been positive until now, which is why I previously left a 5-star review. I'm hopeful that I can update this review once the issue is resolved, especially since I'm interested in purchasing a substantial funded account. The email mentioned a 3-business-day timeframe, yet a week has passed with no resolution or communication, leaving me in the dark.
