I am very dissatisfied with how the company managed the acquisition. I had an active, fully paid account, and after the transition, my entire account was disabled without any explanation. Despite providing complete proof—payment receipts, account ID details, and dashboard screenshots—the company has consistently denied my case without any valid justification. This is unacceptable for a business in the prop firm sector. When acquiring another firm, there is also an obligation to treat existing customers fairly. Instead, my account has been overlooked, my inquiries dismissed, and there has been a lack of transparent communication. It seems that customers from the previous firm are being neglected without support, despite having paid for the service in good faith. I expect prompt action, a clear explanation, and the restoration of my account. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this firm to any trader. I will publicly update this review if the company chooses to take responsibility and address this issue.
It's true that navigating the dashboard and website can be quite confusing, but I really appreciate the assistance I received from the support representative. They answered all my questions with great professionalism. The community on the platform has very active moderators, although the slow mode on the chat can be quite frustrating due to the long wait times. However, the representative was very helpful with all my inquiries. Kudos to the team! Looking forward to working with this company.

This company is a complete scam. We successfully passed two stages, but instead of providing us with a funded account, they reverted us back to the first stage account. They are falsely claiming a soft breach in their emails, while we have not experienced any such issue. The 3% rule they mention is nonexistent on the dashboard. This feels like a scam, and we will be reporting it.

However, they insisted we remove all negative social media posts and reviews before offering assistance. It's been a week with no action taken, and now they are ignoring us. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
