I lost three accounts of 100k last Friday because of spreads ranging from 400 to 600 pips. They attributed the issue to a CME event, then contacted us about fixing the affected accounts. However, they insisted we remove all negative social media posts and reviews before offering assistance. It's been a week with no action taken, and now they are ignoring us. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
