Requested a payout on Friday 7th of November it’s now Monday 17th and still I have not heard anything back. I’ve been back and forth with support all they do is say give me time to review this or I’ll send you to this department and never do I’ve been trying to reap an answer for almost a week. Cal has been absolutely useless and still waiting for any sort of information. Honestly just feel completely scammed if I’m honest been holding back on doing this but had enough now.
I have purchased a account through UPI , payment got dedcuted as well, but somehow I didnt received any email confirmation for the same nor email regarding the purchase. So I went to the support on their website(no help), then I went to their discord channel and then there MOD helped me (Joseph) getting my account and temporary password to login as well. Really thankful to him.
