This platform is completely fraudulent; I purchased a challenge with a significant discount over a month ago but never received my login details. I contacted the support team three times with no reply. Stay away at all costs!
Been trading with these Propfirm for a bit now and honestly, it’s been great. Platform runs smooth, conditions are decent (spreads are tight enough, execution is fast, no weird glitches), support actually replies fast and helps for real. The community’s pretty active too, feels like they’re not just treating us like numbers. I’ve got two 25k Prime accounts and one 5k Prime with them. My payout on the December 22 but they pushed it to the January 16th because of some dashboard update. Not gonna lie, it’s annoying, but this isn’t the first time they’ve done an update like this — last time they just added 1% extra to make up for it, and everything went fine. This time they hooked me up with three extra 5k Ultra accounts as compensation (one for each payout I had delayed). Pretty generous move tbh, Ultra ones have better stuff anyway. Big thanks to Thomas in support too — dude was super helpful and actually got the compensation accounts sorted for me quick. Shoutout to him! Pretty sure the payout on the January 16th will go through no problem. I’ll jump back on here after and let you know how it actually went. Overall? If you want a firm that’s got good conditions + support that doesn’t ghost you + actually tries to make things right when stuff happens… these guys are worth it. 5 stars from me so far. Fingers crossed for the January 16th!
The representatives were not supportive and came across as dismissive. I posed direct questions, but they opted not to respond or provided completely inaccurate answers. One representative remained online but ignored my messages for four hours. The other sent an automated reply and ended the chat, despite my request to keep it open until all my concerns were addressed. Ultimately, my payout was delayed by two weeks; they explained the reasons, but when I clarified that I didn't meet any of those conditions, I was ignored and dismissed. Very frustrating experience.
My payout request was initially set for 14 days ago. Due to a holiday extension, it was postponed by another 14 days, and this change was communicated only 6 hours before my payout time.
Now, today marks my new payout date, but it has been extended yet again by another 14 days.
In total, this means:
Original biweekly waiting period: 14 days
First extension: 14 days
Second extension: 14 days
That adds up to 42 days overall.
I have yet to receive any satisfactory response from the support team. I am seeking clear clarification on the payout schedule and assurance that there will be no additional delays.

While the email states this is “not a breach” and the account remains tradable, the language used is vague and raises unnecessary anxiety for traders. Additionally, I found no options to trade when I connected through the platform. Why is this occurring for just a 1.5% drawdown? What I found most disappointing was the support experience. The email suggested reaching out via Live Chat for assistance, but the responses were slow and lacked clear guidance. In critical situations involving equity protection and drawdown rules, traders need accurate and timely information, which was unfortunately not provided. I am not disputing the firm’s policies — my concern lies with the lack of clarity and communication regarding them. A funded trading environment demands transparency and dependable support to uphold trader confidence. I hope the company enhances its communication practices and support responsiveness, as these aspects significantly affect trader trust and long-term partnerships.
