I informed a member of the support team about this issue, and they assured me they would make the necessary changes to allow me to trade. After getting that confirmation, I began trading on four accounts worth $50K each. However, just minutes later, my account was compromised. I reached out to the same representative again, who mentioned a refund would be initiated due to issues with third-party payments, contradicting his earlier statements. Now, two days later, when I followed up on the refund, he claimed I was ineligible because I had already engaged in trading. This situation is utterly frustrating.
