I had an extremely disappointing experience with this trading firm. The trading platform often freezes, especially when trying to close profitable trades, which is unacceptable in a live trading environment. The so-called holiday promotion seems to be a trap for beginners. While it offers a significant discount and a 'free' instant account, the trading rules are overly restrictive. The 25% consistency rule and the loss limits are unrealistic, appearing to be designed more for failure than for supporting successful traders. Price slippage is severe and happens far too frequently, directly leading to unsuccessful trades. Additionally, the price feed often varies from actual market prices, making trading conditions unreliable and unfair. The speed of order execution is also very slow, worsening these problems. Customer support is inconsistent and needs significant improvement. I received different and sometimes conflicting information from the support team regarding pricing and execution, which raises concerns about transparency and internal consistency. In summary, I do not recommend this trading firm. Traders would be better off selecting a more professional and dependable firm with fair rules, stable execution, and transparent support.
I submitted a payout request on 16th December 2025, and as of today, 29th December 2025, it remains in the “Submitted” status. I reached out to the support team about the delay, but they were unable to provide a timeline for when the payout might be processed. This is quite troubling, especially since the FAQs clearly state that payouts should be completed within 24 business hours, which has not happened in this case. I hope the team can offer more clarity and stick to the timelines outlined on their website.
They frequently close trades at a loss when held overnight or over the weekend, even if they were close to a take profit level. Often, they will draw a stick down and close them, and sometimes they just close them without any price action. Extremely frustrating experience. The support team is unresponsive, always referring me to the technical department, which has ignored my inquiries for four days. I cannot recommend this service at all. Very disappointing.

After four months, I finally succeeded in getting one account funded, only to receive an email immediately about reverse trading with my account, leading to its rejection. Avoid the promotional offers; you won't receive your account or any payments.
I successfully completed Phase 2 at a trading platform, and my dashboard clearly indicated that I had "Passed," having met the profit target without violating any stated hard rules (daily loss or maximum loss).
However, following my pass, my account was reviewed and reverted to Phase 1 due to what was termed as "excessive exposure." This point was mentioned under general trader responsibilities rather than as a clearly defined failure condition for Phase 2 with a specific limit before trading.
The support team confirmed that account reviews occur after a pass, meaning subjective criteria can supersede a successful evaluation. Consequently, despite fulfilling the visible metrics, I did not receive a master account.
I am sharing this experience to inform other traders that meeting dashboard criteria does not always ensure progression, as discretionary evaluations may still take precedence after a pass.

The trading method I used was the same as during the evaluation, so if it was flawed, I shouldn’t have been offered the contract in the first place. I feel my time was wasted trading with them. Imagine if re-entry with the same entry was not allowed after a stop loss; they suggest waiting in the previous session to re-enter, which is quite unfair for scalpers. Although they recommend waiting at least 2 minutes after closing a position before opening a new one to prevent issues, I followed this advice, yet my payout was still rejected. It's not worth spending your time with this firm; it’s better to choose a more reliable option, even if it costs a bit more.
