When it finally arrived, the tracking was never updated, and I received the wrong item shipped from abroad, a cheap imitation. I reached out for a return label, but they ignored my request for a refund and sent another incorrect item. I will not purchase from this seller again, and the replacement won't arrive in time for my event. They are also ignoring my requests for a return label and suggested I discard the wrong item, as if it has no value.
