Scam!! I spoke to them on the phone few times and they told me exactly what I need. I even register the conversation if they scam my credit card. I submit everything they asked for and paid. They attribute me a phone number (even ask me to choose LOL). My login was not working so, and thought it was sunday and their office is close (even though it says 24/7 LOL). Monday, i get my login saying BLOCK BUT they took 2 times the payment on my credit card!! BE AWARE IT IS A SCAM. Send messages and no answer and hang up when i call. Another problem that they do and collect all my government documents. Quite scary for a company that use our credit card without authorisation and dont even reimburse.

I recently signed up for QuickTalk after receiving a promotional email and decided to give it a try. I paid for the $24 plan, but after completing the verification, they declined it because I don’t have a US citizen ID even though my company is a registered US LLC with an EIN. This requirement was never clearly mentioned before payment. After explaining the situation, they said they would “request a refund,” but I still haven’t received any confirmation or payment back. It’s really disappointing to have such unclear terms and poor follow-through on refunds. Hoping they resolve this soon and improve transparency for future customers.
