Stay away from this company. I ordered their part from ebay Motors and i verified according to their charts the part was correct for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I had it installed and it did not work at all. This was the second time for the same A/C controller so i figured there was something else wrong other than the controller. I had to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment with the local Jeep Dealer so they could run a full diagnostic on the a/c system. They called and told me the controller was the wrong one and gave me a part # that i needed instead of what they had sent me, even though the ebay chart said it would work. So i had the part removed and touched base with Quirk Parts about returning it and getting the right controller. It took emails back & forth for 6 days before they finally told me i was just past the 30 days even though it was not my fault and i wanted to return it and purchase the correct part from them. They have no PHONE # you can call them on!!Now i am stuck with a $400. controller because the chart that says it fits is not correct for my Jeep.They don't give a crap about us, look at all the bad reviews they have!!
I ordered three parts online for a 2018 Mazda 3. Two parts came in, and I received an email stating that the missing part would arrive at the warehouse in 3-5 days. Three weeks later, I used chat on their website and was told the part was on order. A month out now, I called the associated Mazda dealer who told me that two of that part were in stock. I sent a message to have it sent and was told the same old "the parts are on order". Yet their Ebay site said I could receive the part in 7 days. CAN'T CALL THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Bad customer service !!! No phone number to call if a there is problem ! I was told my ordered was damage in transit, after I called shipping company ,2 weeks of no updates . Shipping company said they notified Quirk Parts that part was damage and stopped the shipment. Quirk says they do track shipments. All this time I’m waiting for a critical part. Don’t order from them !
I ordered paint from them they took money from my bank account and never sent the paint. They told me it had to come from the manufacturer and then that they had shipped it. ALL LIES!!! Save your money. I can't even get a refund from them.
After waiting for 11 days for the order to ship and after contacting customer 'service' for the 2nd time, was told there's an issue with the order and they don't know if they can fill it...even though the item still shows In Stock on their website. They did offer a refund, so we'll give them 1 star for that. Will never order from Quirk again!!
I ordered a wind shield washer pump for my ford f250,and they sent a small o-ring instead. With the part # for the washer pump on the envelope. Upon contacting quirk parts they said the pump was out of stock, and to follow the steps in the e-mail for a full refund. There were no steps. I have had to involve ebay to hopefully get a refund. DO NOT do business with quirk parts they are scammers.
I ordered a part but never received a confirmation. I inquired about what happened but they sent messages back & forth to me for weeks stating that they couldn't find the order. They eliminated their customer service phone number & think this is a viable replacement. Eventually, after about 3 weeks or so, they claimed that they were out of the part. Don't do business here, they don't know what they're doing. What a waste of time. Pathetically incompetent.
Had to order a dealer only part that they themselves didnt stock and had to order. Not to mention none of the dealers (Nissan) got back to me about it. Quirk Parts was able to order and ship it within a week and it was a perfect replacement/fit.
