Spent way too much time at the dealership, and plus they said 6 to 8 weeks for the inspection sticker since July 4th. 2025 and still nothing not even a phone call September 10th 2025. And plus ran my credit score two times. Once on the day I bought and now again. Won’t recommend buying no matter where
Don’t even waste your time with this this car lot they full of shit. My engine light came on soon as I got on the freeway and I took it back they they gone tell me I had sum to do with my oil not being changed right which Is bs caue I took it to Firestone and the code that I told them about was the Sam code they found again which means they just unhook my engine and purged it back up just to get the light off I would never get a car from them again and I only had this car for a week when it started this bs not I can’t get in touch with no one to give the car back
I bought my car in January 2025. My registration of vehicle was never completed due to violation of putting an incorrect VIN on vehicle. Secondly, there was a second violation which was selling a vehicle with no smog test. Yesterday Aug 23 I came in for a trade in since the company had two violations with DMV. I came in at 11am didn’t walk out til 5pm. They didn’t have much in their inventory. Also, when trading in the vehicle they offered me a different car that was out of my price range. The only good thing was the representative who sold my trade out was very helpful during the process.
Thank you so much for helping me with a car. When no one else would help y'all did.. after 3weeks battling with courtesy Nissan over something that I didn't have power to fix at least someone listened and helped .thank you courtesy Nissan for ruining my credit.. once again tricolor I will recommend you too all.
They really help me at tricolor. couldn’t get approved nowhere. I went to try tricolor & it didn’t take that long. They was respectful kind patient. And was not just trying to just take my money. But was trying to give me the best deal possible. that fit my everyday need. all they cars are nice with 18 month warranty so I’m very happy with the outcome 😊
