Hard to cancel subscription…. the online support shows a link to cancel however In reality on mobile and pc the link doesn’t exist. Instead I paused the account but still received meals and was charged - email request confirmed cancellation but clearly it was not eventually managed to cancel via chat bot. Food was okay but cancelled because I really want pre-made dinners. PS interesting that Quite Like are only responding to the positive feedback.
Is this a scam? I removed my future orders but you guys keep adding it back automatically and charging me. I don't find out til the day before delivery via sms and I've already been charged $100. And I don't even like the food that was selected for me. Plus I'm not even home that week to cook the meals. Please refund me the money you've taken
I visited my daughter in Queensland earlier this year who just can’t live without QuiteLike and especially so since becoming a first time Mum. I got on board when we returned back to NSW and it took all the hassle of cooking and what to have ! actually the hardest part of QuiteLike is choosing which meals to choose from and the portions are extremely generous …it also saved us money as there was no compulsive buying ….
These guys are the worst! They don’t have a phone number and the person online takes hours to reply. To make it worse they blocked me on social media rather than reply to me. I signed up and they charged me without making an account. Then they would deliver the food to a random address each week. I didn’t get any updates via text, email, calls… so the food would be left on the street. Terrible - how about instead of blocking me, fix the issue.
