Will Never Order Again

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very disappointing due to poor customer service. The cancellation policy is not clearly communicated, you are required to cancel more than a week before the delivery date, which was not disclosed at the time of cancellation. The online chat support is particularly frustrating, offering only basic, scripted responses. The team also closed the chat immediately after replying, without allowing time for follow-up questions or clarification. While the quality of the food itself is good, the recipes are underwhelming and the portions are not sufficient for a family of four. Overall, I would not recommend this company.

New to the 'meal box' game....Quite Like vs Hello Fresh

New to the 'meal box' game....Quite Like was tried first (x1 week's meals for 4 ppl). Then Hello Fresh. Now back to Quite Like as it's waaay better. Here's why (IMO):- Quite Like sends you actual branded stuff. So beef mince from a named butchers, organic chicken from the butchers, branded packaged feta.....Hello Fresh on the other hand doesn't. It's all in their own packaging. - Quality of ingredients is far superior. Organic, incredible quality meat.- Recipes are great. So easy to follow and everything is there for you in the bag.- LEFTOVERS. Now this was a biggy. With older teens keen for lunch leftovers, I was sceptical that there'd be even enough food for us all for dinner in these meal boxes. BUT Quite Like consistently had leftovers after every dish. Very generous portions, so great for those with big appetites as well. Hello Fresh on the other hand, well it's miserly. Seriously.- Better diet: What we did notice is that there was much less meat than I would buy. And way more veggies, in their recipes. Which is a great thing! Once cooked up, didn't miss it. All in all, we'll keep going with Quite Like. Yes it's a bit more $ than Hello Fresh, but it's worth it.

Premium Salmon - worth every cent

The meals are so varied and easy to make - the salmon in particular is always absolutely delicious. At times there is inconsistency with produce, but that's not a deal breaker and can occur when purchasing groceries yourself. No wastage - always happy with the flavours.

Beware of subscription services.

Beware of subscription services.QuiteLike have an incredibly slow supply chain. You get charged for your 2nd delivery even before the 1st one has arrived. They have a strictly enforced deadline for cancellations and changes of 23:30 Sunday, for the Monday delivery in 8 days' time. I think it would be a lot fairer if they reduced this to 3 or 4 days. The food is great, but there are a lot of traps in their subscription.1. My 1st order took 13 days to arrive. (Ordered Tue 30-Dec-2025, Arr Mon 12-Jan-2026). They need to react more quickly to make new customers feel welcome.2. It is a subscription service. I recommend cancelling your 2nd order immediately, if you are only trying them out. You can also put your subscription on pause. They will charge you for 2nd order before your 1st order has even arrived. They will not let you cancel. Cut off Sunday 23:30, for the order arriving in 8 days.3. There is no phone number to contact them on. Their web-form does not automatically send an acknowledgement --- typical of companies that don't value transparency and accountability. Despite this they usually respond to the web-form within 4 daylight hours. They do not appear to respond to emails.4. The delivery instructions that appeared on the label were different to what I gave. The box was left at the bottom of a double flight of stairs under a sign saying "Do NOT leave packages here. Leave inside GATE of relevant unit. ..."

I love the meals but they always take…

I love the meals but they always take longer than stated on the recipe cards. Some of the produce arrives unusable - specifically the fresh herbs.

Let down by delivery service

Hopeless customer service - a lot of emails back and forth, but I never even got to see a box - first major issues to even order one - needed several e-mails for the order to go through. Then delivery day - nothing - the map of the delivery service is out by about 1 km - so I gave detailed instructions, but still no delivery "as the driver can't find it" - it's correct on every Google Map - reassuring emails back and forth, but can't fix it. We have no issues with other deliveries. So hopefully the refund comes through and subscription canceled. Very disappointing.

More options

It would be good if you had a steak option and more lamb options even a pork chop.
