I have been trying to cancel this "subscription" for over a week now. I've followed the steps on website, app and emailed multiple times. It is an absolute scam and I have not yet got this resolved. Just used this to plot out my travel for next year! I'm chasing those Mercury lines because of I actually need to get work done while Im hopping around. If you're trying to sync your life with your chart, this is a total game-changer.
It's nothing more than a scam; every button you click will prompt you to make a payment. If you used Apple Pay even once, they'll continue using your card without your authorization. And even if you try to cancel the subscription the same day it was billed, they won't give you a refund
