The villa radiates charm and warmth – it’s a lovely space with a laid-back boho atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home upon arrival. The location is ideal: conveniently situated near the airport, a grocery store, and the town, and since it’s nearly at the center of the island, traveling anywhere is quite easy. Everything was well organized, from booking to check-in, and any questions we had were addressed quickly. The villa was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the properties and the service. It made our stay relaxed and worry-free. Overall, a very reliable and pleasant experience. We booked a villa for my 40th birthday and were thrilled with our stay. Communication with the host was proactive, friendly, and always helpful. They provided many great recommendations, and we felt an instant connection from the start. The villa was exactly as described: clean, spacious, and with a lovely pool. We were a group of eleven, and everyone had ample space to relax. Check-in and check-out were well organized with clear instructions, making everything smooth and easy. We highly recommend this villa and would love to return.
Our experience was less than satisfactory, and the hosts displayed unethical business practices. We stayed in June 2025. The second half of my year was busy, so I’m just now writing this review, but I felt it necessary to inform others. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. 1. Air Conditioning / Mold: We had to rearrange sleeping arrangements due to a non-working AC unit. A technician claimed it was fixed, but it remained nonfunctional. Particles, likely mold, were coming from the vents onto our belongings. 2. Mold and Mildew: There was a strong, intolerable smell in the bathrooms, especially in the evenings. 3. Insects: Open windows upon arrival led to a bug issue. 4. Water Shut Off: We lost access to water one night, which would have been nice to know beforehand. 5. Security Deposit: We were charged a significant deposit, and upon return, we received less than expected, incurring fees due to the host's errors. 6. Broken Chair: A chair broke while I was sitting in it, which is dangerous. 7. Dishonesty: The host offered compensation but only after we agreed not to leave a negative review. We did not receive the luxury experience advertised. We were understanding throughout our stay, but it was clear the hosts operated poorly. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
Our stay was less than satisfactory. A group of us visited in June 2025. Upon arrival, every window and door in the villa was wide open, which seemed odd. It became evident that this was likely to cover the strong mildew smell coming from the bathrooms. The bathrooms had an unpleasant mildew odor throughout our stay. Showering was uncomfortable. When we reached out to the host about the smell, they attributed it to the wind, which was hard to believe. During the night, we had to close the bathroom door to lessen the odor. We also encountered flying insects inside the house. The host dismissed this, claiming it was expected due to the villa's location. One bedroom had a broken air conditioning unit, rendering it unusable. Although the host arranged for a technician to come, the issue was never resolved, forcing two members of our group to share another bedroom. The bedding quality was poor, with all linens appearing very cheap. We noticed the bedding was from a budget store. The sheets were thin and worn, each bed had only two flimsy pillows, and the comforters were uncomfortable. Not at all luxurious. There were also occasions when the water stopped working. Waking up without access to a shower was both frustrating and unexpected. When we contacted the host, they mentioned this happens occasionally, which should have been disclosed prior to booking. While the villa looked nice, the host had an excuse for every inconvenience we faced without offering solutions. Overall, the experience was cheap and did not meet the luxury standards advertised.
We have stayed with this service multiple times and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to make your stay special. Their villas are delightful year-round, in beautiful locations, perfect for family or friend getaways. Highly recommended!
