On October 8, I reached out to the support team via live chat after my email account was compromised, seeking immediate protection for my funds. The company acknowledged my message and confirmed they were aware of the situation from that date. However, on November 10, they only released a small amount, despite the fact that my account balance was significantly higher. They are still withholding the remaining funds without providing any clear explanation or legal justification. I fully complied with all requirements, including: Completing full verification (front and back of my ID and a selfie) Verifying my email and account Requesting the closure of my account while funds were still present. I have four clear screenshots as evidence showing: 1. My conversation with the support team on October 8 2. Proof that only a small payment was made on November 10 3. My email inbox showing my name and account ID 4. My account balance on the day I requested account closure. All evidence is available and can be provided upon request. To date, the company has failed to resolve this issue. This situation reflects a lack of transparency and poor treatment of customers. I am requesting the immediate release of my remaining funds and cautioning potential users to exercise extreme care when dealing with this platform.
