Pendant Faulty

Ordered a pendant over £100 it arrived and chain was faulty would not undo the clasp and the measurement was wrong CS NOT VERY HELPFUL so this item is going back faulty items should not be sent out so disappointed with QVC

Disappointment

Product sent out not in an outerbox. Two small boxes bound together. Sadly, the binds have cut into the boxes making them unsuitable to give as Christmas presents as planned. An outer box would of solved this. Very disappointed with QVC on this occasion.

Absolutely love cozee home

Absolutely love cozee home, especially their deep pocket super soft fitted sheets , they are amazing quality and wash and dry like a dream, they are so easy to put on the bed and do not bobble ,would highly recommend.
