I watch QVC most days of the week and do buy some of their products. I do find things that you can't find in the shops and the easy pay is good and helps you to plan your future perchases. They always arrive within several days of ordering.
The item was as I hoped it would be - viscose is my favourite summer lightweight and breathable fabric.
Super RL choice with the usual excellent easypays.
The cameras seem to have improved their focus on the item for sale and less on presenter repoirtee - thus enabling a clearer choice and view of products.

This is one company that you can rely on to be consistent. Really excellent service, and should you have any sort of query it is sorted immediately. Plus a very wide range of products at good prices.
My experience with qvc always been wonderful my only concern is with delivering courier I only know they deliver the parcel when I received your message.they should not leave any parcel outside because they do go missing some times
I have been shopping with QVC for over 10 years now and have bought a different range of products from foot wear, kitchen aids, fashion, exercise equipment, rugs and gifts for Christmas. I have always been pleased with the quality and when I have returned items for various reasons, maybe the fit or the colour there is no quibble about refunds.
My first experience with renewal subscription and you have not delivered Dr Seaweed on time. I should have started the 2nd pack today but I have not received it yet.
The whole point of my paying the 12 month subscription was to see whether the seaweed supplements would help with my thinning scalp hair due to thyroid issues.
So now I have waated 2 months supply as the continual ingestion of the tablets have been interrupted.
When I spoke to your Resolutions Team he said he could not refund the last 2 months supply because 'there was nothing wrong with the delivery'! What a stupid reason bearing in mind that I told him exactly the above.
He then said he would refund the 2 month supply that hadn't turned up on time!! which means I get my refund anyway.
However, if it happens again I will expect ALL my money back - not just the missing pack because I am paying for 12 months supply for a reason!!

Bird seed arrived on time but very poor quality. Birds will not eat it either ground feeding or in tree feeder's , disappointing.
Will continue to buy my normal sunflower hearts and mealworms. Would not buy this expensive product again.
Fast delivery. However, customer service takes too long to deal with a request relating to the return. It took many days for an incomplete response ( as 72 hours at least). Then I have to wait for days but still not yet got a response.
Very poor and super slow service! Very disappointing !
I am new to QVC ordering and have to say what a fantastic service ,so easy to place my order for someone who is shy to online shopping I felt stress free as well as this the operator on the telephone were just amazing when I called about a query.Thankyou .
