I bought cozee home fitted sheets last year and they were lovely thick brushed cotton. I repurchased this year in a different colour. Whilst they are a great size, they are definitely thinner and not as before. I will keep them but maybe not buy again.
I always find products for everyone in my family on qvc and on the whole I have always been very pleased with what I have received. Even when I have sent items back (which is very rare) I have never had any issues and the customer service has always been excellent. I have shopped with qvc since they first started, I shop with them because I trust them.
I love ordering from QVC and I order everything from them. I have very rarely been disappointed and if I have it was dealt with immediately no questions asked. The only problem I hve and always have is the p &p. I find it extraordinary why certain things (like clothes can’t be packed in one package and one postage charged. If anything needs to be returned it can be up to £8 in p &p total. I have always stated this and still will it needs to be talked about.
