Good communication with customer. I ordered an item which subsequently was put on a waitlist however customer services contacted me to inform me. I feel postage fees can be expensive if several items are ordered as postage is charged for each individual item and they are delivered separately. I also think Evri lets the company down as one item was left unannounced on the doorstep and I diverted the packages to a parcelshop online but request ignored.
