Review Time
I always have good items and decent delivery times for my orders , but , on this occasion which is a no post and package charge, I ordered the item and it said no delivery or shipping charge, but when I got to checkout and pay it suddenly added it on , not very nice!
Your company is very good at what you do and all the sheets iv received from you have been packed well and I know I will get good stuff from your company keep doing what you do .
I keep getting emails to review QVC even though I haven't received anything yet, what I have ordered in the garden section is on advance order. At least a month away from getting it.
Perhaps if they had asked me last year to review my purchases from Grumpy Gardener they would know I will never order any of his tat ever again! Then perhaps they would stop sending irrelevant emails.
In response to the reply from QVC, I don't have an issue with the timing of my advance orders, I understood that when ordering. I have an issue with emails from you asking me to review those orders I havent had yet.

Order my Mother a skirt and shirt from the Kim & Co collection. Had excellent feedback my mum said both were high quality and she will be buying again from them. I believe the Kim & Co are exclusive to QVC. Normally my Mum likes Marks and Spencer’s but has changed now getting high end fashion at good prices. In general we love QVC and have been using them for many years. Thank you QVC for years of excellent customer service.
I will never buy from QVC again. They use Evri I live in an upstair flat Evri were just leaving my parcels downstairs in a public area. I then requested delivery to my local parcel shop. Evri left a parcel outside the shop I did not get it. QVC then arranged a replacement I did not get that either although I did get notified of delivery!!!!!
I really like QVC. I like the TV programmes and demonstrations and the web site is really well laid out. I like the prices and promotions on top brands — often with extras you would not get in a normal purchase elsewhere… communication is great after purchase and before delivery. Their customer service promise is brilliant however I’ve never had to use it.
The lady I spoke with was so helpful, she was great at helping me for a return.
She also went onto order some pillows for me at my request and we're on offer..
This apparently was her first day at the job, I promise you she was nice and friendly and I highly recommend her to get some praise. I've shopped with QVC for a long time and always been treated with the utmost respect..
Dealing with QVC has always been good for me but my last purchase, THE PANASONIC PALM SHAVER 700, my apologies but for me it certainly didn’t live up to the hype portrayed in the presentation, so it is boxed up and will be returned via EVRI.

Ordered a set of lights one of the set was not working I wanted a replacement they gave me a refund ordered another set and the same thing again one of them is not working so not a happy chap that's my experience
