I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to for them ! I had such an amazing experience with Raad Jewelers . They have the best customer service I ever seen , they are committed to help you from the first step to the last step of choosing your dream ring ! ! , they al so kept me updated with every step of the way which made it more exciting !! I couldn’t be happier with the ring I picked , I love it so much , I can’t stop looking at my hand :) , thankyou guys so much ; you guys did amazing. i recommend them 1000%
Amazing prices but you sacrifice nothing compared to other companies. The staff I spoke to were beyond helpful and were willing to go out of their way to assist in any way possible. I was made aware of every single step in the process, shown images of the renders, a video of the diamond, and a video of the completed ring. The timeline was made very clear to me and they did not stray away from it at all. I would recommend a million times over!
This ring is beautiful. I had a my ring customized with a mixed setting and a quarter size (6.25). It came out perfect. My fiancé loved it… it’s exactly what she wanted! I would 100% recommend using Raad Jewelers, 10/10! (also s/o to Adam for the great communication).
First off, Raad Jewelers makes beautiful jewelry. I wanted to purchase an engagement ring. The online purchase process was straight forward and seamless. The CSR's I worked with were polite, informative, and helpful. Peter Raad was kind, detailed and attentive. The emailed videos of my setting, the diamond, and the finished ring were extraordinarily helpful in assisting me through each step of the process. When I received my ring it was simply stunning. My experience with Raad Jewelers has been wonderful and I can emphatically recommend them.
