I ordered a fridge on 26/11/2025 with a promised delivery on 03/12/2025. I took the day off to receive it, but by 5 PM, I called to check on the status and was informed that due to stock issues, it wouldn't arrive until 18/02/2026. After expressing my concern about being without a fridge, a representative tried to help expedite the delivery, but when I checked again, the date remained the same. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, only to find the same model still available online in multiple locations. This isn't my first frustrating experience with this company, and I worry it will take months to get my money back. I suggest avoiding their online service and buying in-store instead.
The click and collect service is terrible. I ordered an item that was in stock, expecting it to be ready in a couple of days. It's now been over a week, and I'm still waiting. Even an international order arrived faster! The company needs to improve its service.

Christmas should be about joy, but my experience with the Christmas trees from this company was anything but pleasant. After just a week of use, the plug stopped working, and there was no warranty or support offered. I strongly advise against purchasing their Christmas trees.
I had a dreadful experience with customer service, leading me to cancel my account. I canceled on 11/11/2025 and was told my final balance would be emailed in 1-2 days. After four days, I paid immediately, only to receive an email weeks later saying my account couldn’t be closed due to an outstanding balance. When I inquired, I was told I had to cancel my insurance policy, which had never been mentioned before. The representatives were unhelpful and dismissive. I will never use this service again and will warn others about my experience.
During my visit, I had very little knowledge about makeup, but a staff member made everything easy for me. She explained each product clearly and matched shades to my skin tone perfectly. Her kindness and expertise made for a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return for her assistance in the future.
I received outstanding service from a representative at the lingerie section. She was attentive and genuinely helpful, even when the product I bought turned out to be faulty after the first wash. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, making a potentially stressful situation much easier. I can't recommend her highly enough.
I received the women's merino wool jumper as advertised, but it developed a terrible smell that couldn't be fixed. Since I was outside the return window, the company offered no assistance. It was a waste of money, and the customer service was lacking.
