I ordered a Christmas gift and had a frustrating experience. They won't permit a size exchange even when the tags are attached and the original packaging is included. I'm upset with myself for not researching reviews more thoroughly and for not fully understanding their return policy. The first paragraph mentions: "We accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear, and equipment* only under the following conditions: Items must be in their original packaging.
Items must be clean and free from wear.
Items must be unwashed." Had I read a bit further, I would have noticed that the next paragraph outlines all the categories for which returns are not accepted. Essentially, that's everything. It's a total letdown. Don't order unless you're completely sure about sizing, as you won't be able to return or exchange it. I was really looking forward to getting something for my brother-in-law for Jiu-Jitsu, but this turned out to be a complete waste of money, a useless Christmas gift, and a disappointing experience.
I waited over a month without any tracking updates. The support team continuously stated that my order was being prepared. After a month, my order was canceled unexpectedly and without any explanation. Although a refund was processed, the overall customer experience was unacceptable.
I bought a $70 bag for my son for Christmas, but it turned out to be far too small for his gear. Since I made the purchase just before Thanksgiving, I was unable to return it, as the company informed me that my return window closed on December 24, despite the item being delivered on November 24. Having worked in retail for six years, I have never encountered such poor customer service. This was a Christmas gift! They should have accepted the return in good faith, offering a couple of extra days for processing. Instead, all I received were quotes of their delivery date and half-hearted apologies for my “disappointment.” Disappointment hardly captures it. I’m now facing the additional cost of a product that serves no purpose for us, plus the hassle of finding a suitable replacement and possibly another gift of similar value. You've definitely lost a future customer. I will not be purchasing from you again. Thanks for nothing.
The sizes run small, so customers need to order a larger size for a proper fit. After researching, I've realized this issue that I was unaware of while placing my order. The company is aware that the sizes are misleading, yet there's no guidance on their online shop to help customers size up, nor are there any reviews to provide insights. It leaves you guessing whether the sizes are small, standard, or large. I reached out to customer service, expressing my dissatisfaction about having to pay for returning leggings in size M, which feel more like size XS according to European standards. Their response was: "We understand that the size you chose unfortunately did not fit you. However, please be advised that as per our policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This condition is clearly stated on our website. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect size selection."
This shows they still fail to recognize the issue on their end. They prefer to shift the blame onto customers instead of addressing the problem. I didn't select the wrong size; it's the company's fault for selling clothing that runs small according to standard European measurements and not allowing customer feedback or information to assist others.
This review is specifically for the mouthguards. When I molded mine (both times), the bottom started tearing. It's uncomfortable during sparring (Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu). Overall, it's poorly designed. Perhaps their other mouthguard models are better, as they seem to lack molding on the bottom. I contacted customer service, but they offered no assistance.
