BEWARE Paid £25 deposit for a 15min consultation.Gave FIVE days notice to cancel but they would not refund me despite telling me I didn't need to have paid a deposit anyway for a consultation!!!!???? Very uncaring and unsympathetic.
I have to say that this beauty parlour although it has nice reviews my experience so far has certainly not been the best. First of all I had a consultation in which I was not given any more information than I already had before. Secondly I go for the microneedling treatment and it's the first time I leave the centre with a very red face and with a bit of blood but within a day all the redness goes away, so at the end was good. Also the same day at the end of the appointment I decide to book another session as they advised me to have 4-6 sessions to solve my problem perfectly. The operator tells me that by the date I wanted the appointment she has to see if she could move some clients and that she would call me on Monday to make the appointment. The operator never called me. I then contacted the centre, asked to be scheduled with the same operator on the Saturday after, perfect they sent me the link to pay the appointment, all ok. I arrive at the appointment without anyone telling me anything and another operator picks me up telling me that Cloe doesn't do that kind of treatment anymore, so she will do it for me today! I tell them that this is no way and that they should have warned me before switching from one operation to another, and that I didn't like this attitude at all. So I stayed with the appointment with the new practitioner and at the end of the treatment I have only half a slightly reddish face. I am not an expert on this treatment now, but why all this big difference between the first and the second session? Also the post-treatment indications are totally different. For such a centre I would say that the customer care is really bad and at this point I would also say the level of experience on the treatment. Very bad experience!
