The most terrible experience I ever had with an online store. Order n. 9265of 01/07/2024 Website stated up to 15 business days delivery for the specified Spark exhaust.I paid EUR 943,28 same day and have been waiting for it ever since. I sent emails to them almost every week asking for updates and always received apologies for Spark being slow. Yesterday 22 Sep, after waiting for 2 months and 22 days (!) I finally gave up and asked for the refund. In response I received yet another apology and promise to call Spark. If you were unlucky enough to make an order before reading reviews here and haven’t received it within the specified timeframe please ask for refund right away. I just hope I can get my money back without contacting their bank. Update 26 Sep: Got another email from them on Tuesday, they told me the exhaust might be available Mid October. I replied that I don’t want to wait and asked for the refund again. Today is Thursday and no refund received. Update 26 Sep #2: They told me that they issued the refund and asked me to remove negative review to protect their reputation.Update 10 Oct: It’s been 10 working days and there’s still no sign of refund. I opened a dispute via my bank, let’s see how it goes.Update 12 Oct: Received the refund from RaceOneLab. As a result, my money was frozen for more than 3 months, multiple pointless emails, lost £13 on exchange rate, and still riding with my stock exhaust. I wish I had ordered it from a reputable distributor in the U.K. instead.
